Post or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
5.2 QoreDX may suspend or terminate access for violations of these ToS.

sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Use such links at
your own risk.

7. Payments and Services
7.1 Any paid services will have separate billing and payment terms.
7.2 Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.
7.3 Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, QoreDX will not be liable for any direct, indirect,

9.2 Total liability for claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for the specific service
giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QoreDX, its affiliates, officers, employees,

misuse of the Sites.

12. Governing Law
